S&H Deception
My order total showed shipping and handling as $0 but Paypal was charged $8+ for shipping and handling AND I was charged sales tax on shipping and handling. Paying for S&H is one thing but hiding that I am going to pay for it is another.

Make sure you have a Prescription
Being able to find the product I need was easy as everything is so well organized on this site. The prices are also very fair. The only issue I had was that AFTER I paid I was told I needed a prescription for my medical supplies. That's never happened to me before with my medial supply purchases and I wish I was told before I purchased so I could of had my Doctor written up a script for me before buying. I do enjoy that this company did have the option to reach out to your doctor if you do not have a prescription prepared.

Easy to order
Easy to order. I had some difficulty with the autoship subscription since the pricing was higher than just buying it when needed so I canceled the autoship. It was confusing.

No Free Shipping
I'm very disappointed that Vitality Medical doesn't offer free shipping for orders over a designated amount. For instance, many companies offer free shipping for orders over $99. Vitality Medical does not offer free shipping for any purchase amount.
