You told me that the backordered item was in and would be sent out asap. So i paid my money and placed my order. A few days later I get an email telling me that the product is backordered and you don't know when it will be in. So you have my money and I have NOTHING! YOU ARE MAKING INTEREST ON MY MONEY THAT I COULD HAVE BEEN MAKING MYSELF. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! YOU ARE A BAIT AND SWITCH! EITHER SEND ME MY PRODUCTS ASAP OR SEND BACK MY MONEY WITH INTEREST!

The gentleman said my purchase would be here by or before July 1st. My mother is 88 years old and cannot come home to her house until she has this walker because of the narrow doorway in her bathroom and he made sure it would be here. Was easy to navigate and order. In desperate need of a new nebulizer. Have COPD and acute hypoxic respiratory failure. Both my old nebulizer and portable ones died within couple days apart. Great price and can't wait to get this.
