I always order my insulin needles and B12 needles online. I ordered from Vitality Medical and AFTER placing my order with money sent they tell me I need a prescription. Now my money is tied up until they cancel my order. I am still waiting…

Didn't give me the free shipping or discount
Didn't give me the free shipping advertised. Didn't give me chance to put in my 10% discount code. I called right away and spoke with Marc who didn't seem in the least bit interested in helping a return customer. Only interested in coming up with all kinds of details that were not specified in the posted discounts. I asked for a supervisor and he couldn't provide me one only said he’d put in request for cancelled order and it wont be worked on till tomorrow. Very disappointing to say the least!
