Poor Customer Service: You shipped the wrong item to me.
You shipped the wrong item to me. When I called to report the company's error, I was asked to send a picture of the wrong item and invoice. I did - received an email that you received the picture. I still have not received any update on when the correct item (that has already been paid for) will be delivered.

Insurance issues
My son has been trachea dependent for years and I was having issues with his insurance on getting his supplies for his trachea. He’s been without his inner cannulas for a month! Finding this site has been a God send for us and I’m extremely happy that my son can get his cannulas now!!
