BE CAREFUL...Enough said

I was shopping for a source of urinary care products and the Vitality website REQUIRED full personal information, including a credit card, before pricing information was provided. I provided it, mostly since Vitality is an Utah based company--where I live. So, as I tried to complete the form to see their pricing it jumped immediately to a $149 sale. (My order with another company placed a few minutes later was $44). To end this I simply clicked the back arrow. I am certain I did not initiate the sale. The following day my bank's fraud department called about this sale. Thinking I was scammed, we canceled both my wife's and my credit cards. The fraud department was not able to contact Vitality, and asked me to do so. (Their phone number works ONLY with FaceTime on the computer--you are unable to call directly from your phone.) I asked the lady with the foreign accent to cancel my order, and was not happy with her spin--stating she would not know if their suppliers could cancel the order for 1-3 days. I knew I had been stiffed!!! My bank was notified, and I completed their form on Monday. Today all $194 worth of product showed up. Yes, I can use some of it but a few things I had no idea what they were. Perhaps another order was inadvertently shipped to me in addition to the items I was considering. Those added items were shipped from the IHC Hospital 4 blocks from my home. Not something I needed nor even was familiar with. So, this company won't have to worry about my orders any longer. There won't be any. It did arrive in 3 days though, better than the other company I have used before --hence the 2 stars. RoninUtah

Poor Customer Service Communication

When I ordered I didn’t realize that the shipping cost was more than the item I ordered. It did not show up in the total. I immediately sent an email and then followed up the next day with another email asking for a cancellation or an alternate shipping solution to the charge. No response. I finally called (which is difficult due to my job hours) and it has most certainly already shipped. I don’t feel I should be penalized for an order that I immediately tried to rectify because customer service couldn’t be bothered to respond. The customer service person I eventually talked to was nice but basically could do nothing other than try to cancel the order, but he wasn’t hopeful. This was not a great experience.

Amazon Can't Compare to Vitality

The speed that my order was fulfilled for the price I paid was rather impressive. My dad has struggled finding ways to get his sodium chloride solution packets through Amazon because their shipping takes too long, it's pricier than this website, and it's not even the same brand every order. The fact that I can auto-ship my dad's items AND do it for cheaper than other websites is such a relief.

Nebulizer purchase agent I spoke to was very helpful

The agent I spoke to when ordering was very helpful; however, I am disappointed because I ordered and was charged for the item on July 1. As of today, July 7, the tracking message is still "awaiting shipment." Your website says delivery takes 2-5 days; regardless of the holiday, July 4, this is too long a delay, particularly since I was billed the day I ordered and I have yet to receive the nebulizer.
