Package delivered….I wrote a review giving one star
I wrote a review giving one star. Since then I called to see when my package would arrive and the rep advised it was going to be delivered that day. It did indeed arrive. I also confirmed the bi-weekly recurrent delivery of the item and the rep confirmed. We will see….

Since the product helps my breathing
Since the product helps my breathing, I would like to receive it ASAP and I can pay the extra cost to have it shipped via Fed Ex; however, that option is not offered and I was told there was no other way to get it faster.

It was easy to order, it would have been good to give a discount for people with disabilities, I chose not to be in a wheelchair, but since I'm missing a leg, I have no other choice, everything is so darn expensive!

Bag and Straps!! But separate.
I was able to find the 9805 bag and straps and order them immediately, I'll give you another five stars if it gets here in 3 days!!! I had this bag from my visit to UNC ED, my urologist replaced it with a smaller thinner 500ml bag and I can't sleep the night through because it is full by 2AM and needs to be drained and I'm afraid it will burst. This Hollister bag is the bees knees! EDIT!! It was delivered 7/5, outstanding!!
