Initial order went well, received the info I requested , made the purchase and the order will arrive in 3-5 business days. If all holds true on order, high initial marks to purchase product.

I had the product in my cart and hadn’t finalized my order. I was also looking at prices on Amazon when I received an email from this company offering an additional 5% off if I finalize my order. I finalized it and no extra discount! And they make excuses as to why! UPDATE. They saw that I already had free shipping in my cart when they offered me 5% to complete my purchase!! The fact that they emailed me to complete my order with the 5% incentive shows that they could see my cart!

I had to call the 1-800 help number to find out the status of the order. I placed the order on June 25. After that, silence, hear the crickets. Oh, the lady was so apologetic for my situation, but I should not have had to call. What's just as bad is the UPS driver. He did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell. I just happened to see him walking back to the truck and then checked my front porch.

When called for supplies I.was desperate. I placed my first order on the 1st of July and received it on the 3rd of July. I was shocked,.I was a.new Customer and at some places that might have taken longer time to receive the supplies. But no, I had it by the afternoon of the 3rd of July. That's fast in my book !
