Order here often for easy, fast saline solution. Shipping is great. Website is fine, biggest complaint is that the one product page has multiple sizes available and it’s way too easy to select the wrong size. Then, when you’re checking out, it has the product name there but “3, 5, or 15ml” after it so you never know which one you selected. Wish that were easier/ clearer then would be easy 5/5

Great web site and excellent delivery speed

The vendor falsely states on website cost of shipping When I called customer service, they did not provide even a courtesy solution to the extra cost spent to reach the over $75.00 free shipping discount. A very misleading if not worse way to generate more business .

Shipping was a bit slower than I expected. Also, even with no fingernails to speak of it is quite easy to tear the top edge of the stocking when trying to get it into position. I have torn two stockings at the top out of three pairs, which renders them virtually useless.

I placed an order for just 10 catheters — a common medical supply that typically doesn't require a prescription at checkout. Vitality Medical accepted payment without asking for one. But after payment, they suddenly demanded a prescription, delaying my order unnecessarily. I chose this site over Carewell specifically because Carewell only sells boxes of 30, and I only needed 10. Big mistake. Vitality Medical completely failed to deliver on urgency and transparency. If you're looking for a reliable supplier to fulfill immediate medical needs, this is NOT the site to trust. They wasted my time, took my money, and offered zero real-time support. Extremely disappointed.
