He was extremely courteous, kind, gentle, excellent listening skills, and got to a solution successfully for us. I am grateful to have had him as my Customer Service Representative. I initially spoke to a woman who did not know what the heck she was speaking about, and kept repeating the same unhelpful response to me. i requested to speak with her Supervisor, and she refused to do so. I ended my conversation with her, and was fortunate to have had the pleasure to work with Augustine.
