I found what I needed very easily I had a little trouble with check out but I called and a service rep helped me. Just a problem with online order and Apple pay issue. So not really a problem. Service agent was friendly and helpful.

Ordered item. No item sent. Refund received. No notification of cancellation, just wasted my time without any interaction. Step one of being a "seller" failed. Not good.
