Ordering was easy and simple, except chosing shipping price
Ordering was easy and simple. I do not like it that I do not have a choice in the amount of days of paying shipping. I shouldn't have only one choice of paying shipping which is $8.75. Please send me an email on how to make that change? Thank you Irene

Impressed
I was impressed by the prices and the fast shipping. I was happy that I could buy a small quantity of something to test it out before having to buy a full box (such as a roll of tape). Very happy to have come across this company as others had prices that were outrageous.

Great Customer Service
In CA we are not required to have a Rx to purchase syringes and needles, however, I also recognize it is your choice to require one. When my order was being held up because I had no Rx, your Customer Service Reps (Roj & Mark) got my order through because these items are needed to administer a Rx to my horse. Because it’s for an animal, they got permission and my order was sent immediately. Thank you!!!

I have bought in the past shame I can’t get the aloe vesta #3 anymore so trying something new from you all. I usually buy by the case but trying this new ointment if I like it then I will buy more. I also buy prevail wipes. Like them. Your service is fast and reliable.
