Quick deliver, good communication.

Je suis client de Vinatis et j'habite en Belgique. J'ai commandé plusieurs fois et chaque fois avec une livraison dans mon pays la Belgique. Je viens de recevoir une promotion par email sur les St Emilion. J'ai passé un certain temps à faire ma sélection et j'ai finalement commencer à commander pour 1.515,12,-€ Lorsque je rentre mon code promotion "EMILION24", je reçois le message que la promotion ne s'applique pas parce j'habite en Belgique !!! Il est ridicule de faire une promotion en fonction du pays de livraison. Et il est ridicule de m'envoyer une promition en Belgique alors que la promotion ne s'applique pas. Conclusion: Je ne veux plus entendre parler de VINATIS. Je déteste perdre mon temps.

I ordered some Bordeaux but it never arrived. A usually reliable delivery company - DPD - failed three times, over a week, to deliver the five and for an unstated reason decided to return the wine to Vinitas. Vinitas to their credit have offered a refund but it will take 14 working days to progress. To judge from most other reviews on here Vinitas are good but I won’t risk ordering from them again.

Vinatis offer a great range of wines and a fast service given that bottles are shipped from France and have to clear customs. However, they use DPD to deliver and their drivers are beyond useless. More than half of the orders I have placed over the past months were left at various random address around the area and I had to trek around searching. Change courier Vinattis - DPD are damaging your reputation

I've used Vinatis from the UK a few times now and they are very good indeed. They have some 'hard to find' wines, competitively priced, and the items are delivered well packaged and in a timely way. I would recommend them to anyone who likes to go off the beaten track a bit and find excellent quality French and Spanish wines!

A good clear website, competitively priced and the customer service team respond incredibly quickly to any queries that I raise. The delivery comes promptly and I’ve never had any damages on shipping. I have no hesitation in recommending them to colleagues.

Prompt and efficient service, as we have become used to. Good wines, good value - most of our delivery was of repeat orders. Unfortunately, though, the same cannot be said of the delivery company. This was the second delivery where, in our absence, the case were not left in the shed as requested. First time, they were deposited on the path, just inside the gate. On this occasion, they were left by the back door. As this was in the middle of our recent major storm, the boxes were rain soaked although the contents were luckily undamaged. I am trying to feedback to the delivery company, but their system does. Not allow for comments.

2 of the 6 bottles smashed!!! How can a company specialising in delivering wines send a package out the way mine came. A disgrace, and now such a waste of my time to send in photos, argue with their bloody staff and await either a refund or replacement bottles. I ordered a similar wine from Robert Rolls in London and it came in perfectly boxed, and on time.

I very much enjoy the wines from this company, especially from the Jura region. Their selections are very reliable and represent good value. I have placed several orders and all have been delivered swiftly with no missing bottles or breakages. Some overseas merchants do not offer all-inclusive prices, whereas Vinatis do, and they also supply wines that are otherwise hard to find in the UK

Great prices and prompt service

Delivered when expected. We enjoy having some good wine for special occasions. It is pleasurable to look at the offerings online and to read the reviews when something catches our eye.

Great selection and decent prices. I have ordered twice from this company, I live in the UK, and will do so again. Give it a few more days for delivery than stated and you won’t be upset about delivery. Well packaged. Agree with a previous customer that DPD should read delivery instructions and place items out of sight of passers-by.

Ordered a Moet & Chandon (Magnum) in a wooden presentation box as a gift, box arrived damaged so not the gift I had hoped to be giving. Vinatis Offered me a £10 credit on my account - thought this was VERY poor customer service, I paid for a box and did not get one that was not in a satisfactory condition. Won't use again.

The package took over a week to be delivered in the UK from date of shipping. No phone number for this company and they took 3 days to reply to my email inquiry about delivery. Product was fine but with that delivery experience I wouldn’t use them again.

Wines are fine, with good range of French provincials not easily got in the UK. However, DPD deliver and sometimes ignore the instructions on safe delivery. Who wants hundreds of pounds left on their front doorstep?

Although there was a delay at customs, when I contacted Vinatis to alert them to the problem they quickly rectified it and the item was delivered by Kieran on 24th December 2024. These problems do arise occasionally but a company who can rectify it quickly gets a score of 10/10 from me, thank you.
