Having tried to buy wine from various suppliers in the past with varying degrees of success, I decided to give Vinatis a try. I found the buying experience to be easy (all too easy) and the goods were supplied to my home within 5 days of the order being placed during the previous weekend. The bottles were supplied in strong and sturdy packaging via DPD. The only slight criticism I have is that a bottle of Caleo Negroamaro 2022 was bought, supplied and confirmed as being 13.5% volume whereas the volume on the bottle label is 12.5%. A minor issue this time but one I would not like to be repeated. Overall, I will certainly buy more stock from Vinitas in the future.

Great service - ordered on the Monday and arrived Friday morning. First time using this company and I was unsure what to expect given some of the reviews. However wine arrived within delivery timeframe and well packaged. I really appreciated the update the day before to let me know the delivery was arriving the next day and the text in the morning giving a time slot. I was looking for a magnum of Bollinger and Vinatis, who I have used before, offered the best price. Ordering online was simple and the champagne arrived within 5 working days. Highly recommended.

Company only delivered half of order but didn't let me know the other half was damaged in transit or update me until I asked where it was over a week later. They then refused to deliver it as they can't send package of £0 value to UK??! I have still been charged half of delivery with absolutely no goodwill gesture or compensation. Won't use them again.

So easy to use the website and I enjoy the descriptions of each wine and the choices, Prices seem reasonable especially with multi bottle options.

I was looking for a particular French regional beer and after much searching found that only VinatisUK would ship to the UK. The ordering process was simple and very straightforward. Another on the plus side was the competitive pricing. Great value for money. Shipping took a wee while, expect to wait around 2-weeks for your order.

Shipping service is not what they promise. It seems they don't ship from UK but from France (probably because I ordered a French wine) but they didn't specify that at the order, so instead of when it was supposed to be delivered I had to wait more and more because of customs. Managed to order a limited edition champagne for a birthday gift. I waited a little longer than suggested (but ordered in plenty of time) - due to customs delays. Once released was delivered in 24-hours. Very happy with the product and packaging. Would definitely purchase again.

Fast and efficient service. Wine arrived in UK within a few days. Well packaged so arrived in good state.

Lovely wine at a reasonable price. Just a shame DOD couldn’t be arsed to deliver to me and it needed picking up a mile away. Not easy when I use a white cane!

I very much like the way that the wine bottles are packaged entirely in cardboard, with no tape or staples involved. And the sticky address labels come off easily too. The delivery was as notified the day before, and I have been drinking the same wine for some years now; I can rely on it to be good.
