Very transparent purchase experience, expedient delivery internationally.
Hopeless delivery service by DPD. They informed me out of the blue that delivery would be made that afternoon, when I would be away for a few days. I changed the delivery day on their website for the next week but they delivered the next day anyway and gave one box to a neighbour instead of two. The other one is still missing. The Vinatis wine list is impressive but they need another delivery company.

The website offers a wide and attractive range of wines, but I had been wary about ordering because of the likelihood of delays in customs. My order arrived in under a week, packed in the strongest cardboard boxes I have ever seen - really impressive!
My first order with this Company was a little slower than the likes of Laithwaites, Naked Wines Taking into consideration it’s being transported from Annecey France and just the logistics through to the UK via our border and customs tells its own story! I emailed to enquire its whereabouts and had an immediate reply explaining the hold up was at UK customs clearance However within 3days my wines arrived via DPD expertly delivered and notified every step of the UK journey I am more than pleased with the quality of the wines I have so far opened but will factor at least 10days for any future orders to arrive at my home. Hopefully UK customs can improve there services any time soon!
I read on the delivery email that if you were out the delivery person would tell you how to get your order. This did not happen and my order was left out for one or two days by my front door. It could easily have been stolen.
New customer trying Vinatis for the first time to see how it compares to other online sellers. Ordered a few bottles over a week ago for a celebration this week with an estimated delivery between 5 - 7 days. I have not had any update on the expected delivery since purchase and Vinatis have failed to respond to my enquiries. Would appreciate an indication of when the order is to due to arrive, as I am now concerned that the order has not been shipped. Update: thank you for the feedback. As promised the order arrives shortly after clearance. Can recommend.
A good selection of wines at very reasonable prices. The Albariño’s I ordered are particularly good but I’ve yet to try the Primativo although I suspect it will be rather good too. It took 7 days from placing the order to the case arriving (DPD) so plan ahead if you’re you want wine for a specific occasion

It took a week to arrive ! Just in time ! 1917 vin jaune, 8 years old. Amazing for £ 30 plus delivery £ 4.50. It wasn’t stopped at customs after Brexit as many articles from Europe can be. I used it to cook a “poulet aux morilles”. Delicious ! Thank you ! Elisabeth
Very satisfied with my recent Vinatis order. 4 magnums of good rose, plus two special whites delivered on time and at the right price. Hadn’t used Vinatis since pre-brexit days - after the inevitable price hikes and interference with ease of buying, it worked out fine using Vinatis again. Will likely use again.

I specifically wanted this particular white wine from the Rhone valley. This wine is not readily available here in the UK, but Vinatis supply it. Thank you for excellent service, delivery and cost.
I have been using Vinatis for some years now. Great wines at very reasonable prices. The packaging and lead times are fine for imported orders. What lets Vinatis down is the quality of the delivery service they use. No accurate forecast of the delivery time. Boxes delivered at different times. Boxes left outside my door without ringing the door bell - I was at home!

This was my second order from Vinatis. It was as good as the first. Brought up in France I gravitate towards wines from that country. The ones I have bought from Vinatis rival the very best. Excellent service.
