I placed an order for around 8 bottles on 12 September, my order has never arrived, which can be seen on tracking information an no one from vinatis is bothered to check it or even answer my emails, but money taken, why not, if you an take money for nothing, 100% profit. Very poor customer service. Order 1043869
Delivered to the wrong address and I’ve waited several days for a response from customer service but nothing so far. So no wine and no response. Not impressed!
Ordered Normandy cidre double, arrived quickly, well packed, and very reasonably priced Will use again👏👏👏. We can't go to France but France can come to us .

Great selection and honest pricing. When something wrong with delivery (broken bottle for example), everything is fixed and OK just in view days.
Great choice of wines. It's fun to try different bottles on each order. Now building up a list of top favourites. Delighted to have bought Suze - two times now - it's a great aperitif. Delivery is within a few days and always securely packaged.
I ordered 18 bottles of wine through Vinatis for the first time on the 1st October. So far I have received 4 bottles on the 8th October. I appreciate the difficult times we live in now but to not be informed about the whereabouts of the outstanding 14 bottles is not great & has left me a little nervous about the situation as the money was promptly taken. Not a good start, I hope my order arrives soon..
Really great experience. Quick delivery and quite ok prices. Order process could be simpler but the wide range of wines available compensates for that.

My order arrived in good time, it was what I ordered and the wine was as good as I expected. I have ordered wine from Vinatis before and I have never been disappointed by the quality of the wine or by their service.
Two boxes arrived in separate deliveries which is very inefficient. It must be better to somehow link them together so only one delivery occurs? One box was severely damaged and taped up by DPD which prevented damage to the bottles. The wine however is extremely nice!!
