I like using Vinatis as they have an excellent selection of wine which I can’t seem to get elsewhere. This last purchase was wine for Christmas which arrived only 2 days after the order was placed. So all in all, a very good service.

Excellent service-great wine

Not being an expert on wines I just know that I liked this offering well enough to order this my second wine box. I find it suits my tastes and makes a most enjoyable companion to my favourite Stilton.

Part of my order (case of 6) not delivered. Tracking info says there is a problem, but nothing heard from Vinatis. You might think by now , someone would have made contact with me, rather than a constant stream of 'postings' looking for positive comments.

Engaging with Vinatis is straightforward. you choose from a great selection, you order, you pay, you get delivery in a surprisingly short time. product is packed in well-padded boxes. I would find no fault with this merchant, I think they are great to deal with.

I have ordered wines on three occasions. Each time I was kept informed on progress, when the order was despatched, the day that it would be delivered and then within a one hour time period when it would be delivered. All very efficient and each occasion delivered with 5 days from order. Not tasted current bottles, but looking forward to it!

Prompt delivery through my preferred courier DPD. The wine was carefully packaged in a strong box. I will try the wine in a couple of years and hope it is as good as the previous 2 years
