Everything satisfactory - quality and price. Delivery was not as quick as most firms but I had been told there would be a short delay on one item so they wisely waited to send everything together. Given I immediately sent off another large order I was clearly satisfied.

The champagne purchased was bought as a present so not yet tasted. Ordering and delivery was simple and excellent will definitely use again.

Sent the wrong item to me, they have even advised it was an inventory error, however they are not ignoring my emails to rectify the issue.... please just respond and provide me with a good level of customer service!

When I first viewed the website I wasn't entirely sure where vinatis was based, then when I saw france I was sceptical about ordering but thought, hey let's give it a go. The service has been great. The wine ordered is very good value for money, the delivery time was amazing with good notification given as to delivery times and most importantly was the packaging which kept bottles safe when being transported. Will definitely use again.

Everything was perfect. Just FYI, I had a little trouble with your web site when trying to change my delivery address. You do not have an option for Monaco. I put France and it was OK, but it would be nice to have Monaco on your list!

Lovely wine especially for the price. There are.much better examples such as the wines from San Marzano Cantina but they are a lot more.expensive. A case of this for Christmas will be welcomed by all who partake
