Decided to try an online wine purchase - we bought £150 worth of all French mainly red's and some white's. Good communication and the delivery for this time of year was faster than expected. Well packaged and no issues. Have only tried 3 of the bottles so far and all good. It's nice to try some different wines as opposed to the general supermarket run. Their Cote Du Rhone at about £7 is very good and I love the old thicker glass bottles and proper cork being old school. All French on the bottle which I like too.

Well packed. Alsace pinot at a very good price. Cote du Rhone blanc very good! I am set for Christmas.

Have always been very satisfied with the process of ordering and receiving wine. The choice is excellent and in a year when getting to France has been very difficult, it has meant we could continue to get good quality affordable wines on a regular basis. Excellent.

Order arrived even more quickly than normal, despite Christmas volumes! I was anxious to stock up before Brexit takes effect, so I haven't yet opened the bottles of Armagnac that I received. Maybe the joy will explode over the festive period

Excellent service and great selection of wines that I can't normally get in France. Couriers damaged one box, but they and Vinatis dealt with really quickly and efficiently. Particularly pleased with the offers available - wine cellar now well stocked for Christmas - just got to make sure I don't drink it all beforehand!! This was my first order with Vinatis and I will certainly be back.

Ordered Perrier Jouet Blanc de Blanc and it was the second time I used Vinatis. After processing my order the next day I received a communication to inform me there might be a slightly delay due to Black Friday, however 4-working days later I received my DPD tracking number. Arrived just over a week later, bottles in their presentation boxes and in perfect condition. Good services and kept up to date the entire way through.

I ordered four different wines from Vinatis . DPD handling delivery . Three cases were fine. One case of six bottles was left in my front porch with 5 of 6 bottles smashed. There was a note left by DPD advising that “ he had taken photo, and I would get new”... What I’m really cross about is I sent immediate message to Vinatis and have as yet had no response and , presumably, DPD advised them of this handling cock up, and still no response to me

I was worried whether the wine would turn up due to current crisis at terminals. Shouldn’t have worried, both cases turned up in excellent time. Many thanks for your professionalism.
