First time I used this company and it will be my last, after several emails to your customer service I am getting no where, I have just spoken to DPD in the UK and according to them the tracking number doesn't come up with my delivery address. You have told me they would deliver guaranteed by Wednesday 23rd June, how can they do this if they don't have my address, Also according to the tracking it cleared customs on the 7th June UK and has been sat at DPD Oldbury depot since and gone no where for 16 days Please refund me in full to my Paypal account, the order number is 1421868

With the '.co.uk' suffix you think you're dealing with a UK based company, you're not. This is intentional deceit, they're in France, hold no stock in the UK and everything is shipped from France. They took my money, (a lot of it), I didn't receive my order. Their tracking reference doesn't work outside of France. Customer Services sent me a largely irrelevant response to my initial complaint and have ignored me since. Dishonest, incompetent and contemptuous. You might as well draw your money out of the bank and set fire to it!

I ordered 9 bottles of wine from Vinatis before Christmas. 3 of these bottles were delivered pretty quickly, and I had a notification that the remaining 6 would be delivered by DPD a few days later. On the day of delivery, I checked the tracking to discover DPD had disposed of the rest of my order due to damage. These things happen, but I could not believe the experience I went on to receive from Vinatis in order to get a refund. Firstly they stated that these had been delivered. I provided numerous items of evidence to proove that DPD had not delivered most of my order. Yet still, they refused to belive me, acused me of lying and for weeks refused to refund me. I have never been treated so badly and with such levels of distrust by a company. At one point they even asked me to send a written statement with a copy of my passport (fat chance!)! In the end, I had to raise a dispute through Paypal. Even then they refused to refund me for the delivery charge!! Fortunately this company is not currently operating for UK delivery and I hope they never do again. If they do, I strongly advise avoiding this company like the plague. Their morals, customer service and attitude is nothing short of disgusting.

I am in love with a very nice desert wine from the Dordogne region in France, Vinatis are the only ones who stock Tariquet wines. Had another 6 bottles delivered on time and well packaged. Also tried another 6 mixed reds from the same region and have not been disappointed. Thank you for your great service yet again.

It was fine apart from I booked for delivery and it was delivered to a local shop instead of the intended recipient so she had to go and collect it.

Ordered a £180 jeroboam of champagne as a gift. The wooden box arrived broken and when I asked for a replacement box, I was offered a refund of £14.90 as Vinatis doesn’t have any spare boxes?! Absolute joke. And that was after waiting 5 days for a response from customer services.

I don’t know if I was lucky, but I got my order delivered quickly and on time. They promised to deliver it before Christmas (I did the order on the 15th), and they did (delivered on the 23rd). The package was nicely wrapped and in perfect condition. All good. Thanks

Poor customer service history ordered over a week ago still not arrived. Do not use better companies out there.

fantastic range of wines, so much better than supermarket wines. Real wines at great prices. Look at flash sales and damaged labels to get some great bargains. Have put in 3 orders in last 3 days as brexit might cause some temporary issues!

Have ordered products with Vinatis a couple of times and my latest order was made just a week before Christmas and they exceeded my expectations. Free delivery was also the icing on the cake and I only hope Brexit doesn’t shake things up too much. First class service!

Been looking for a specific wine for a while but the price was not good elsewhere... then I found it on Vinatis at a great price and bought a whole box. Happy Christmas!!

I've been using Vinatis for a few months now and the service has always been 1st class. The wines are excellent and good value.

Excellent service, at a time when deliveries are sometimes dodgy. All arrived bang on time and correct to specifications.
