Good choice of wines. An English friend discovered and loved UBY3 white wine when she came to visit us in France. I was really pleased to find it in UK and ordered some from Vinatis UK for her 60th - she was aboslutely delighted!! Delivery took a little longer than I had anticipated but this was my error as I had misread the delivery details. When I contacted Vinatis to get details of order I received a reply within 24 hours & wine was finally delivered earlier than expected.

The wine ordered although for Christmas I have tried before and love it! All my friends who drink Provence Rosé absolutely love this wine. Would highly recommend Argali Rosé

My order took a bit longer to arrive due to Customer clearance. Everything arrived in one piece and as expected. Wines are for Christmas so no review on the taste yet. Very happy so far, thank you. LH

The boxes the wine was delivered in were distorted and squashed..The fragile signs on the boxes was obviously ignored, Luckily the bottles were intact. On a previous delivery all 6 bottles were smashed

On my latest order one out of 4 cases was not delivered but DPD suggested I contact Vinatis. I asked customer service for the wine to be sent again but apparently it was not possible due to customs…. Instead I was given a refund. The wine is still in stock at a higher price and I would also have to pay a delivery charge due to a small one case order. I do not see why Vinatis cannot just make good as I will now be out of pocket. I regularly buy wine but I am disappointed with the communication of customer service.

I order a few times a year from Vinatis and find them reliable, with wines at very good prices. The service is fast, communication good and would recommend them as excellent merchants.

What a bunch of sharks. My case of wine never arrived. They never answered any emails and there’s no phone number. I raised a dispute with PayPal. They then replied and refunded me £16, which was for a single bottle. PayPal says the case is now closed and I can’t get resolution. Unbelievable dodgy behaviour.

very bad service. I bought wine for my birthday 2 weeks ahead and never received it. Got an email saying there was a delay but nothing more. There is not a single phone number on their website or anywhere. Sent them 2-3 emails but never got an answer. Have not received the wines and still haven’t received a refund. Will never order from them again.

First order since Vinatis resumed UK deliveries. I was slightly concerned due to some poor reviews. Happily my concerns were unfounded, excellent service, delivery on time and customer service response was swift, polite and correct. Excellent wine at a great price. I will continue using Vinatis.

I find the offer exciting and well priced, and the delivery is just right, especially at the cost. I've dropped my wine bill by 40pc and drink better wine now with Vinatis. Online expert reviews quite helpful.

Wednesday evenig I ordered quite a few btls. Friday before lunch the btls was delivered to me at my home address. I got several e-mails narrowing down the delivery time to only within 2 hrs. Very nice. I live in France though. So the delivery was at a French address.

I have been a long time customer of Vinatis and was very excited that they started shipping to the UK again. My first couple of orders were absolutely fine but this latest order has been a disaster. I ordered 2 cases of wine on 19th May and have heard nothing until DPD contacted me to say the wine was being delivered on 1st June only to then learn it has been returned by DPD. I called DPD and they said that customs had rejected as no invoice was enclosed. That was 1 of 2 parcels. The second parcel has yet to be delivered. I have sent messages to Vinatis on 30th May asking for an update and on 1st June regarding the returned shipment. I have had no reply from Vinatis. I have asked for a full refund. As yet no reply. I will be contacting my credit card company and ask them for a refund if I don't hear back from Vinatis. ***update*** After posting this review Vinatis has refunded me.

Great but delivery by post always end up to be delivered at terminal to be picked up by me. Never happens when sent by UPS. Which one do you think I prefer.?

It’s difficult to understand why there are so many negative reviews. I have been very impressed by both the wines AND customer service when things have gone slightly wrong.

Found an excellent selection at Vinatis and made 2 orders across a range of wines. Orders not fully met after poor delivery service from courier but a positive outcome with prompt and professional support from Cedric at Vinatis who gave excellent service. Will order again from their attractive range.

A BAD JOKE AS IT IS NEVER DELIVERED. YESTERDAY I CONTACTED UPS AND EVENTUALLY THEY TOOK MY MOB NO AND RUNG ME BACK FROM MIDLANDS AIRPORT TO TELL ME THE CONSIGNEMENT WAS IN EXCESS OF £ 9000 ! FOR 136 CONSIGNEMENTS AND 10 PAGES OF DOCUMENTS !!!! WHAT IS VINATIS PLAYING AT ? WHERE ARE MY 2 BOTTLES OF WINE ? I KEEP ASKING VINATIS TO SEND ME THE TRACKING NO FOR MY ORDER THEY TOTALLY IGNORE MY VARIOUS EMAILS FOR THE LAST WEEK.
