Still waiting for delivery of my wine, perhaps you need to change your delivery company

I am happy with the quality of the wines. This was not my first order from Vinatis and I generally like your price/quality ratio. However, I think you should rethink the delivery service you are using. My problem is not that it takes some time for the order to arrive but the way it is handled by the delivery service DPD. They sent an emails notification of the day and time they intend to deliver. There is no option to notify them that nobody is home at their time/date or what to do when nobody is home. So they then dropped the boxes off at a COOP about a mile from my home. I have no car and am not very good carrying 24 bottles so I asked DPD (whose number was given to me by the COOP otherwise I would not know how to contact them) to re-deliver which they promised to do but failed to execute. Meanwhile I received alarming messages of the wine being sent back to Vinatis etc. In the end I had to arrange for a taxi service and personally schlepp the bottles into the taxi and from the taxi into my home. I have never had to do this to receive wine I have ordered from other merchants. Your delivery service as a minimum should provide for the ability to agree with them on a date and time so there is someone home to take delivery, and for delivery instructions when no-one is home such as "hide behind the bushes in the front garden".

Unlikely to order from Vinatis UK again, complete shambles, firstly once order placed a lengthy delivery time quoted, secondly although receiving multiple notifications that order would be delivered the next working day the wine never arrived! Fortunately I did receive a credit but most surprised to continue receiving notifications that the parcel was on it's way and then to add to my dismay I've been asked to provide a review on the wine!

Efficient delivery service within a reasonable time. Good assortment of wines to choose from including one without sulphites to suit my allergy.

Ordered, paid and wine arrived. However, the 2 cardboard containers in which 12 bottles of wine were shipped were of poor quality and one was damaged to the point of needing to be repaired by DPD. Happily no bottles were damaged. Surely it would make more sense to ship 12 bottles in a better quality cardboard box (double wall)? Even if DPD cover the cost of replacement it is still an extra cost to VINATIS to organise a replacement bottle or six...

Made an order which was shipped the next day. At the time of shipping I had no idea the shipment would be coming from France! For the next 10 days there was absolute silence I began to panick as to whether the shipment would make it before Xmas. So I emailed customer service twice but received the standard response of 10-14 days plus an order tracking no for Chronopost & DPD. But at this point the tracking no divulged no information whatsoever. Then on the 10th day I suddenly received an email that the shipment would be delivered the next day. Apparently it took 10 days to clear customs & during this time period there is no news as to the whereabouts of the shipment. But once cleared customs, the order tracking no then spews out all the tracking info. The shipment was delivered promptly the next day as promised & fortunately, before Xmas.

I ordered from you two bottles of Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume bottled by Simon et Febvre, which was duly delivered in good time for Christmas. I opened the first of the two bottles at Christmas lunch. It was awful. It was particularly harsh to the taste and did not have the usual flavours for a Premier Cru Chablis. I opened the other bottle in the hope that it would be better; it wasn't - it was just as bad as the first. Last year, I had purchased Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume from you; it was excellent. This year's was really poor. These two bottles cost me in total some £60. I would expect you to reimburse me this cost, promptly.

ordered online, all very slick and very good selection of wines. Then all went down hill. ordered 8 December then in customs with no further information, how it got there no one knew but then after many emails of denial it was suddenly out for dlivery next day on the 22nd december lucky someone was in to recieve. great wine selection absolute fail on delivery could not recommend for anything to the UK

Ordered two cases of wine. All went very well and delivered in time for Christmas. I was a bit worried that the first case arrived at 1130 and wondered where the second case was. That appeared at 1645, so need not have been concerened. I have always found this company extremely good. Covid was a major problem as delivery from France was not possible and extremely glad that all is back to normal.

Easy to order Perrier Jouet from this company at a very competitive price. Delivery received exactly within the stated time frame.

The wine I wanted was in stock. The delivery was on time. The pricing excellent. I will be returning as a customer.

Dreadful experience Six bottles of white ordered in November for Christmas Nothing heard Allegedly held in customs Then out of the blue advised delivered by DPD yesterday Of course nothing delivered Something else stolen by DPD no doubt Why anyone uses them I have no idea No response from either DPD or Vinitis Very poor all round Would not recommend

Ordered on vinatis.co.uk 12/12/2022.Thinking this would be the best option as I live in France, I placed an order for a bottle of vintage champagne for my brother at Christmas. Within 10days they had called twice (from Annecy) siting delivery address issues even though all details given were correct and verified both times, The item Cleary hadn't been dispatched as it wasn't even the delivery company asking. They cancelled my order 21st December, and are now saying on their website that no Champagne sales between 21-30 December, So I'm guessing it was a stock issue all along. Why they couldn't call and offer an alternative is beyond belief. Needless to say, it's too late to get anything to my brother in time for Christmas and I'll just have to wait and see if I get refunded. This is the first AND last time I'll be using Vinatis.

Great wine and good communication, unfortunately problem with custom followed by two delivery slots cancelled by DPD. Need to order at least six weeks prior to desired delivery date!

2 bottles of Chablis were broken :(

I have tried this shop for the first time and my experience is positive. I would only suggest to use better boxes (the bottles were constantly shaking within the large boxes and their paper covers arrived damaged). Also the communication with UPS company was not the best.

No as I have still not received it since ordering on the 4th December but your customer services are now on top of this to resolve
