For the second time in 1 week, only half of my order arrived, the courier said both times that the other half of my order was broken in transit. I never get any broken bottles from the other Spanish wine merchants that I use. I am now reluctant to buy any more wine from you!
I ordered 2 cases of champagne on 4th May which duly arrived on 20th May, taking 11 working days (or 16 days including weekends). This is within the timescale that Vinatis advise on their website. I was able to track my order at Chronopost/DPD websites. The two cases arrived and all bottles were well packed and intact. My experience has been wholly positive and I’d be happy to order from Vinatis again.

Despite asking for my delivery to be postponed (as I was away) and receiving confirmation of the new delivery date the wine was delivered to a neighbour on the original date. One carton was missing and my order history showed that it had been damaged in transit. I have contacted Vinatis customer service 15 times and had no response. They have my money and I have no wine. Dreadful service. Not sure how to reclaim my money? It feels like I have been robbed. I never normally leave poor reviews as I generally have patience but I really am stuck as to what to do? Delivery was very good and within the two weeks they specified, and coming all the way from Annecy France! As for tasting, well it now has to rest for a considerable time been moving for two weeks! Far too early to get the best from the wine!
I ordered 12 bottles and one arrived broken. I reported this on the day it arrived and sent photos - it’s now 4 days and I have had no email or contact about my broken bottle so sadly I cannot give a high star rating. Why not send a prompt return email to advise a replacement bottle is on its way? This is such an easy way to make your customers happy despite your DPD delivery failings ..
Everything was fine. I was a bit worried when you seemed to be sending the wine so promptly because we were going away for a few days. The wine is in our storage, obviously we've not tasted it yet. Perhaps might try one bottle at Christmas.

At the moment only 3/5 of the bottles have arrived. Final experience depends on smooth re-delivery of broken/lots bottles.
We have been enjoying always-excellent wine from these Suppliers in France for several years now initially prior to Brexit, and are delighted with their choice of Wines, many not readily-available in the UK. On one occasion an entire case was missing from the order, but the UK Carriers insisted that it had been delivered which we knew to be untrue. They were unhelpful in investigating this discrepancy which resulted in many emails to and from Vinatis in France, and I cannot fault the impeccable Customer Service handled swiftly and competently by Maude, very helpfully and in a friendly manner, also trusting our word over the shortage that we were naturally unable to prove had occurred. The missing case was sent again immediately at Vinatis' own cost, and we have received many cases since then, also during the Covid difficulties, without any problems at all. However, matters like over-zealous Customs delays caused by Brexit can understandably occur which is no fault of Vinatis of course, and they cannot be held responsible for delays due to the problems caused by Carriers over whom they have no direct control. It is therefore very sad to read just a few buyers expressing dissatisfaction about a Company whom I would readily recommend to anyone who is reasonable and fair-minded, and who enjoys drinking nice wine more than simply being negative.
