Still waiting on a response to my complaint after a completely different wine carafe was delivered to me vs what I ordered. First reached out on Friday as soon as I received the wrong item but no response till now. Unfortunately, I’m now resorting to leaving a review here to see if someone will finally reach out.
Trying to be patient but this isn’t exactly leaving me with the best impression so far! On the plus side, the wines I also ordered were great though.
EDIT: So it’s nearly 24hrs after the below response was posted by the Vinatis team and still no one has reached out. My order number is 234457 - each time I have sent my complaint I have received an email to confirm that my message was sent successfully. So the suggestion that nothing has been received is questionable. In any event, will someone finally figure this out and send me the actual item I have paid for? Or will I keep getting empty promises like the below simply because I’ve complained on a public forum?
Final Edit: Still no further response from the Vinatis team despite the claim below that an account manager was dealing with my issue. So I suppose that is ~£300 down the drain. An expensive lesson - this is the last time I shop with this company. Prospective customers beware! 1 star from me - dreadful customer service and the lack of any real intent to rectify an issue they have caused to begin with is what rankles the most. I will be disputing with my card company.
