Hi I ordered 14 bottles to avoid shipping charge. I have received only 12. I have sent 2 messages to Customer Services and hope will be resolved early next week.

Nothing wrong chez Vinatis, but pitiful DPD manages to ruin the purchase - as usual. If you miss being there for their slot (which is rarely adhered to anyway) there should be a card left and a second attempt made. Instead, nothing - except online instruction to go to a collection point. Don't worry, Vinatis, you may have picked the worst UK delivery service (you have), but the others are barely better.

Absolutely appalling! Ordered 2 cases of expensive wine. 1 bottle arrived smashed. After sending 5 emails to customer service 0 reply! No UK contact number no reply. Hallmarks of a rotten company. Avoid. For the record no contact was made to me by a accounts manager to resolve the issue. If you cannot get through to a company by email or by phone. How can you resolve any disputes. It’s utter madness. As an extension of my original review Happy to edit the review if someone would reach out to me to resolve the issue at hand. I can’t send attachments to show the countless emails I have sent with no reply. If your not receiving the messages there is obviously a fault on your website that you should look into. Sam

Second order from here. Nothing wrong with the contents or the company supplying. My issue is with DPD the courier. I ordered one order. This was split into two consignments. Neither of these were left as instructed. The first one ended up at a store in the next town that I then had to go to to retrieve. The second one ended up in the middle of town 5 miles away from my home and not on the same day. I had to go into town the following day once a code had been sent. I paid for delivery and then had to pay to go and get both consignments when one should have been delivered to my house. Appalling service.

This company is fabulous - great selection of wines that you just can’t get in the UK unless you are probably in the hospitality business, available to order from an easy to navigate website. Great info available too on tasting notes and whether the wine has won awards, and on this latest order they arrived within the week. My only minor issue is that since Brexit, I am unable to purchase wines with % alcohol above 15% which sadly excludes some of the amazing Amerone that they have available. I’m unsure as to why these wines can’t be exported from France/imported into UK, but if they could fix this then everything would be perfect.
