I have been looking for a particular wine for quite a while: It was previously available in a top end high street store. On one of my periodic random searches, up came VinatisUK with the very wine I was seeking. Even better, it was at a good price and with very reasonable delivery. I've since made an order and am delighted with the products and process. Excellent service all round.

I have used Vinatis for nearly four years now, they sell the wine from our favourite vineyard at great prices. I make sure that I order enough to get free delivery and they send me regular emails and offers. A great company, I shall continue to use them

I would give you no stars if I could for my latest order from you. As you will see from the many emails between me and your customer service (?) department, the delivery was terrible. You seemed to have no idea where my order was for a period of 8 days and just insisted on giving me repeated and unnecessary instructions on how to use DPD’s tracking system whilst ignoring me stating over and over that you had not delivered the parcel to them.From you getting the parcel to them after 9 days they delivered it to me in 18 hours. The first 2 orders I placed with you were great and I was very impressed with the quick delivery. What happened to my last order-I have had no explanation . I will give you another chance though.

Very disappointed with your courier partner and their briefing from the moment that my parcel arrived in Greece.

Ordered just before Christmas and arrived on 5/1 - having being imported from France. Pleased with the wines and fair price. Would buy again.

Placed an order on 19th December. Have sent two emails to customer service requested an update as tracking suggests the order has been dispatched. Absolutely no reply. I appreciate it has been the exmas period but we are now on 4th January and its very poor customer service to have no response even though they have taken my money!

This is the first time I have ordered with Vanatis UK and was not aware the products are shipped from France. I was disappointed with my experience. The order was placed on 10th December, which I would have thought was plenty of time for a pre christmas delivery. Initial progress was swift, but there was no further progress with the order from 11th Dec until 22nd Dec., eleven days! However the most frustrating aspect is that there is no Customer Contact Telephone Number or email address to contact the company. One is required to send a message from the web site. I did this three times and not once did I receive a reply with an update! I am pleased to say however the order was delivered in time for Christmas. I would have to consider very carefully about taking the risk and using Vinatis in the future. A disappointing experience.

Zero communication made my first time experience with this company quite stressful. Very disappointed, hit and miss, lengthy delivery process, rescheduled, by company/courier, 3 times, with information provided only after constant badgering!! I asked to cancel, as delivery wouldn't be in time for Christmas, 27th December - ordered 14th December - order was delivered on 24th December, had already purchased elsewhere, so money wasted here. I wouldn't recommend.

Good value and good variety of products. The delivery was a bit slow and took almost a week - when ordering i don't recall seeing it expected to be this long. Would order again but be more mindful to check delivery timing.
