Great selection of wines from all over the world and good prices. Don't wait until you run out - I guess largely due to Brexit but there are now delays in delivery, but worth the wait.

Large choice of wines from a well-known French web site.Just don't expect a quick delivery in the UK due to transportation from Savoie and customs delays but max 2 weeks. Very reliable including DPD delivery, no hidden fees and a lot of bargains

I can no longer expect to receive what I order and pay for! Now for the third time a full case of wine has been missing from my delivery. This causes me stress, time, money and the lack of some thing to drink I do not know if I can go on ordering from you?

I have been using Vinatis since Christmas and find their price to quality excellent. I enjoy a glass of Champagne and they stock a wide range from smaller growers which I am finding to be of excellent value. With delivery coming from France don't expect to order on a Thursday for weekend drinking. I plan ahead so 7 to 10 day delivery window does not concern me.

Wide range of wines, some of which are difficult to source elsewhere. Very good on price and communication as your order progresses. Longer delivery times, but to be expected given post-Brexit customs, etc.

My second order from Vinatis and the experience was equally good as the first. Great range of wines with excellent discounts for multibuys. Strong range of lesser Bordeaux. Efficient (free) delivery via DPD with excellent comms regarding timing of drop off.

This was my second order from Vinatis and maybe my last, 12 days had passed with no communication from them even though I messaged them twice about where my wine was , onlywhen I raised a complaint through PayPal my order magically arrived with no apologies or response from them , onthe plus side ,well packed and excellent wine indeed,

The wines are lovely and the wine was properly packaged. I ordered 5th May and they arrived on 17th so delivery does take time due to customs but if you are aware of that, this is a good company to deal with and everything went smoothly for my third delivery.

They have a great selection and are very trustworthy Their delivery times are slightly longer than other suppliers which I believe is largely down to import restrictions but they are super helpful and always deliver Good value for money too

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - We ordered a champagne sabre in an oak presentation box from the UK website - the box arrived broken. We immediately followed due process and reported this WITH PHOTOS. Vinatis totally refused to action a return, replacement or refund - against the policy stated on their website - apparently because we are in the uk. At one point they even stated the cracked box was in line with the character of the wood! Every time we sent an email somebody different responded and there was no consistency - other than they were all unhelpful and failed to act in accordance with EU or UK consumer law. Eventually they issued a partial discount - which in no way compensates for having a broken box for an expensive present but it was all they would do. We contacted the manufacturer of the product who promptly agreed the product was not to specification and their distributor should have replaced it for us, in good faith Pulltex - the manufacturer - sent us a new box - but we had to pay postage - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Delivery is unreliable with very limited communication from delivery company. The max time delay projected was 7-11 days but actual delay was 16 days with no prewarning of delivery date nor time by delivery company who decide themselves in my case to deliver to a neighbour as I’m not there.

This is the 5th Time I have ordered from Vinatas Their Communication is excellent in regard to the status of my order ,I am always informed as to the day and time of my delivery I always order Cremant de Bourgogne as I consider it as good if not better than some champagnes I have tasted over the years.

Good service and high reliability

Excellent selection of quality wines. Prices are reasonable (and sometimes even better if you spend the time to comb through the sales). Only downside is packing and shipping are slow (at least for the UK), so be prepared to wait a couple weeks for receipt. Still worth it, though!!!
