Have been ordering from Vinatis for a few years now and always impressed by the variety and quality of the wines. Most are reasonably priced, obviously you are going to pay more for top of the range. Shipping times are not bad considering it needs to clear customs. Will continue to use and would recommend.

I found it very simple and straightforward to order from Vinatis. The wine was shipped from France and only took a few days to arrive with me here in England.

I was excited by my discovery of Vinatis, having been on a recent trip to France and finding so many of the wines I had discovered there were not readily available in the UK. I put in my first order for 24 bottles on July 2 and they arrived, intact and exactly as described on July 11. Admittedly, this was longer than the "4-5 business days" touted on their website and when I asked them about the delay they unsurprisingly blamed "Brexit". Now, I don't know whether Brexit is a genuine reason or a convenient, catch-all excuse for anything that has to cross the Channel these days. Regardless, I'm certainly willing to give Vinatis another go, despite being skeptical at first, especially when one of their customer care team told me my package might not arrive until close to three weeks after my initial order. Their tracking information is of no use since my order claimed to have been released from Customs at the same time the order was made, so is Brexit really the issue behind the delays? There were also no updates until I heard from DPD early this morning that my package was due today. The packaging is superb, many other suppliers would have tried to put 24 bottles into just two boxes, but Vinatis used four boxes with very sturdy protective devices that I was very pleased to see is all recycled and recyclable cardboard. I am also pleased that they use one of the most reputable carriers in the UK, DPD, so no chance of my wine ending-up in the neighbour's hedge! Well done, Vinatis, you have earned my trust and I will be buying from you again, despite my initial reservations.

Excellent Entre-deux-Mer at an excellent price. Well packaged and delivered without fuss

The speed of this delivery was impressive - the fact the wine is first class is a bonus!

The product was as expected and well packaged but the courier did not deliver to my flat so I had to pick up from a supermarket, it was quite awkward to carry home as my car is not permitted in the city area due to LEV restrictions

Wines received on day promised and well packaged. However before the wine arrived I received a very odd email with a photo of a strange front door.

Having holidayed in the South of France and were impressed with the wine we were looking to get the same of our favourite wines back here. Vinatis had exactly the bottles we were looking for. Delivery time was just over a week from ordering, not bad as the wine had to clear customs. The communication was fabulous at each stage, and delivery was within an hour timeslot via DPD. We will be ordering again

Company able to supply wines from little known domains in France(where we used to live). Delivery excellent. Obviously nowadays takes time but trying to get stuff from Europe is now a pain with agents involved (thanks Brexit).

Great boxed wine. Cheaper and better than anything in the UK. Even when the courier lost one of the boxes they were really helpful and courteous. The box turned up a few days later.
