I only recieved 1 of the 2 collis. But they reacted quickly to solve the problem.

I've ordered twice, one for me and one for a friend. Both arrived on time and without damage. The wine itself is very agreeable. There are other company's like Naked and Laithwaites, but I can say this one has done the job 100%

I have found Vinatis to be a great company…very competitive prices and choice with excellent descriptions of the very good wines. It’s always nice to find some different wines to try. The delivery takes a little longer, but comes well packaged and you are kept informed through the delivery process. Would highly recommend.

Hard to find wine ordered and delighted with price. If that had then been delivered successfully this would be a 5 star review. Unfortunately when delivered two days ago one box (of 6 bottles based on weight on label) only contained 2. If that's a shipping agent issue then pick another one as that's over 20% of my order missing and I've not had any contact in response to me raising this as an issue via Vinatis website.

A good selection of fine wines at a fair price. Online purchase was easy and I was impressed with the speed of delivery. However, I was very disappointed with the packaging of the two most expensive bottles of wine I have ever bought. They were placed in a cardboard box designed for three bottles and the middle sections of cardboard came loose so that the bottles rolled around in the box. I am surprised they didn't smash - and I'm hoping that the flavour has not been affected.

Pretty easy to review Vinatis. First, there's a solid selection of premium wines from premium winemakers... at really fair price points. Second, it's easy to purchase; there's overview and peace of mind. Third, delivery etc. just works like a swiss watch.

The Champagne I purchased was exceedingly well priced compared to anywhere else and the company was good with its communications. I would use Vinatis again and recommend them with the caveat that you must be prepared for long delay before the goods arrive

Great company Ordered Verve Clicquot champagne with ice jacket .Could not find it anywhere near me .Wanted it for my friends special birthday. Found online Vinatis had the best price. Delivery was a couple of weeks , but I had ordered early .

The wine is good and the ratings help, On the other hand on my recent order, 6 bottles weren't delivered because they were broken, I wrote to Vinatis to ask when I would get them. No response yet. When I first ordered delivery was free with a code, but now it's quite expensive and slow to arrive, if it does at all! Still waiting. But they should respond immediately to let me know when if I write to them I think.
