We wanted a primitivo that’s not easily available in the UK and found a competitively priced deal with Vinatis. The wines arrived from France within the week, well packaged and absolutely delicious. After reading reviews and the t&cs we asked the delivery driver to wait whilst we checked that there was the correct number of bottles as required- all good. Would definitely order again

Ours second order, delivered promptly and excellent wine

I use Vinatis regularly. They deliver promptly (although since Brexit their delivery time has been extended) and the wine is well packaged. The quality is good at a reasonable price.

Found Vinatis by chance on google, searching for the best prices of Ruinart champagne. The prices were the cheapest available online and after checking the excellent reviews, it encouraged me to have confidence in the company, and I placed my order. All started well, five days after placing my order I received carrier notification advising me of my scheduled delivery date, but.....my delivery never arrived, this was due to breakage and insufficient packaging. I Immediately logged into my vinatis account and found that this Information had been reported to Vinatis. I emailed the company through a customer services link on my account page, I received no reply. I sent a total of 5 emails, but to no avail. I eventually found a telephone number for vinatis and called them in France. I explained the situation and I was assured that I would receive a refund within 14 days, as per their terms and conditions. 14 days have now passed, and still no refund! I am not a happy customer and wouldn't choose to use this company again.

I've just received my delivery from Vinatis again. There was such a good range of good priced French wines to buy. They do sell other nationality wines but I particularly enjoy their French wines. The wines were very well packaged and all arrived on time.

Found VinatisUK by chance via Google by looking for the best price for Pol Roger champagne. VintatisUK was the cheapest available price and the champagne arrived in 4 business days, which was within the timeline they had given. Would definitely use them again.
