I was so pleased to discover that you stocked wines from the Jura as this was my second home for many years. Even more delighted by the ease of ordering and the frequent updates on progress of my order. Delivery was speedy; in fact my wine arrived before something ordered on a British site on the same date! No comment on the wine quality yet as I am being restrained

You still haven’t replied ! Neither the wine company nor delivery company have replied to my first comment and you claim to reply to 96% of all negative comments, I guess I’m part of the 4%? By chance perhaps the wine arrived a week late today.

The wine itself is my favourite. But they have changed the bottle it comes in. It was previously a frosted bottle and looked lovely and expensive. I ordered a couple of bottles, 1 as a gift but they have arrived in a clear glass bottle and they look cheap. I know it’s the taste that matters but I was really disappointed and probably won’t gift it now which is a shame.

I sent 2 emails with a query regarding vat which I needed clarification on before ordering. Unfortunately no response to either. I then called the UK phone number and got a recorded message - in French. Its unfortunate as the price for what I wanted was good ( depending on the vat issue I was querying ) but due to lack of response I went elsewhere. Judging by other reviews I seem to have been unfortunate but I can only comment on my experience. Edit 18/11. Satisfactory response received albeit a slow one, so rating altered appropriately. Will be happy to order in future.

The wine I ordered couldn’t be bought anywhere in the UK. I ordered 6 bottles and they were delivered within a week. They were well packaged and arrived safely. I will definitely be ordering again Thank you for your good service and prompt delivery.

Easy to order the specific champagnes we wanted. Billicart Salmon Rose being a great favourite. Prices also very competitive, and post bond a prompt delivery. Would definitely recommend.

5 stars for price and quick delivery. Delivery company failed to deliver to location at rear of house I had requested. Although marked 'fragile' with an arrow indicating upright, four boxes were placed, sideways, on top of each other. They then fell over. However, the contents were undamaged.
