Poor Customer Service
It seems the only way to get a response is to write a bad review. My first (and substantial) order was a bad experience on two counts. 3 bottles of wine were cloudy and tasted bad - on trying the first I immediately (the other 2 remain unopened) complained and have heard nothing back 3 bottles of wine were not delivered - the 3 I was particularly excited about receiving - i did hear back about these and although they are still in stock, they will not send them but only offered an excuse as to why they will only offer a credit note or a refund. In the meantime I have had several emails selling more special offers - these come on a very regular basis but the wine I bought and have problems with is obviously of far less importance than this! Not off to a good start!
