The wine was delivered to the next door property by throwing it over a 1.6 metre fence onto the ground. Nothing broke unbelievably but the neighbours did not find it for 24 hours after it had been rained on. Very poor from DPD the deliverers

Delivery in just a week direct from France, brilliant. Shame they have run out of stock of one of my favourite wines.

I ordered 3 bottles of Cote Du Rhone e Guigal Rose the ordering was very efficient so was the delivery & communication excellent. I would just like to emphasise that the wine left a-lot to be desired & it is not to everyones liking if you like the pale provence type rose this is not for you i will not be ordering this wine again but would use Vinatis again.

I wanted some specific French wines that are not availsble, or are difficult to find, in the UK and found Vinatis could supply them. They were ordered on Sunday evening and delivered on Friday, for a very competitive delivery cost. Updates on the process were provided, just as specified on the website.

I have used VinatisUK many times since 2023. I am very happy with their selections and services. Their delivery from France to UK is quick and well packed. For UK buyers, you just need to be aware of the VAT threshold.

This was my second shopping at Vinatis and was positively surpriesed how smooth and fast it came. I am ordering wine that i can not buy here in Czechia but we love it since our holiday in France last year. First order (last year) was bit unlucky as UPS had crashed 1 bottle of 12 on the way through germany. Still it was reason to highlight the profesionality on the formal side of the bussines on both Vinatis and UPS. UPS repacked remaining bottles from the box and send along with report to me an Vinatis. So i had tried a chance and asked by mail if it would be possible to recover the price of the bottle as i did not received what i have paid. Honestly i was expecting excuses and useless discusions between UPS and Vinatis but... withou further questions they just send the money. So 5 stars - for the choise available and special offers that manage to tract me back ;) 5 stars also for proffesional taking the responsibility for the final customer experience and not just "moving things out from house and thats it" 5 stars for speed as well (Vinatis and UPS together) . I placed an order on sunday and wednesday after lunch 2 boxes were ready at the pickup point in Prague.

Vinatis offer a wide and interesting choice of wines from all over, not just France, Italy, or Spain (try their selection of Greek whites, or Georgian amphora-maturing white and orange wines). Excellent value in the £18-30 range, problem-free and keenly priced courier delivery. Great discovery!

Best place to get French wine for sure. Great prices and a huge selection. Delivery was much better to the UK (4 days) than the last time I ordered.

I have a few favourite wines that are on Vinatis and are hard to get anywhere else. Occasionally I have experienced delays of a week+, but this time ordered on Saturday afternoon and the wines arrived Thursday lunchtime. Considering customs etc that's about as good as it gets. And the choice of wines is v good. Only thing that could improve is to get a bit more warning abt the day of delivery: first notification was an email at 00:42 on the day itself. Second was at, er, 00:52. Reader, I missed them both!
