Excellent customer services
Ordered a drainage channel recently. The Web interface was easy to use and the order simple to make. The product was shipped quickly but when it arrived the grill was the wrong colour. Emailed customer services and they responded quickly, arranged for a free return of the product and shipped a new one out with no issues. Really impressed with how good they were.

Great company. I found everything I needed that I couldn’t source from the typical builders merchants. Got through to a member of the team the minute my order was placed to check lead time. And as promised, all goods were delivered within 48hours. The quality of the goods were also top notch, branded items. Would highly recommend
