Order didn’t arrive
Order didn’t arrive. No explanation. Had to chase and was told it was definitely going to be with me within 2days. Didn’t arrive again. Again, no email to explain why. Chased again and was told that the order had been lost and they would resend. Still waiting to see if it actually arrives. All in all, pretty dreadful service.
