I ordered a loft hatch from this…
I ordered a loft hatch from this company and after 3 months it failed as the hatch came away from the brackets. (Feb2025) I contacted this company and they told me they would contact the supplier (Keylite). After a month I was told they would replace it. After another month I received just the hatch with no fittings or brackets. I then emailed again to complain and they said they would arrange a collection. This took another 2 weeks. Then I asked what was happening and can I have a refund. They told me I would get a replacement (may 2025) I am still waiting as they tell me they are waiting for keylite ti arrange this. !!! I purchased the time from uk building supplies not keylite. !! 4 months and still I have no lofthatch. In response to your reply, then that is a complete untruth as you told me it was “keylite” that was causing the delay not your warehouse! All emails can been shown to prove this. Currently we are now starting a small claims court proceedings against your company.
