Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Had the most fantastic experience from start to finish with the Tamworth branch. Big thanks must go to the delivery driver John for managing our tricky front drive and garden with ease, and also to branch manager Chris for his help and professionalism.

I recently visited the Travis Perkins Tewkesbury branch and was impressed with the exceptional service I received. Richard, the assistant branch manager, and Chris, the branch manager, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Richard went above and beyond to assist me with finding the right products, at the right price and getting delivered which was critical. His friendly and professional manner made the entire experience a pleasure. Chris was also very approachable and ensured that all my needs were met. The branch itself was well-stocked and clean. Visited Bishop Auckland store. Aaron assisted me in my purchase of solid wood window sill. The only merchant yard in the areas selling it based on online information. Very helpful, friendly quality service. Highly recommend. I have used this merchant yard numerous times, always find them professional and products of good quality.

On line ordered, chose Tuesday delivery, called next day to say won't be Tuesday but will be Thursday. Thursday morning text received delivery 9.30am to 11.30am, now nearly 1.30pm still no DELIVERY & I no contact from TP to let us know when we can expect delivery, so having rearranged everything so that we'd be at home 9.30 - 11.30, now days planning ruined... If you have deadlines or lots to do DO NOT USE TRAVIS PERKINS!

I had an intimidating and stressful experience from Travis Perkins Taunton driver. Met the lorry head on in a country lane, he could have easily manoeuvred to let me past but instead I had to reverse my car round a tight bend on a steep hill resulting in damage to my car. This left me stranded with no form of transport and huge garage bill . I made a complaint but received no apology from the driver, the incident was clearly a source of amusement to Travis Perkins. One star as it is not an option to have zero stars.

Absolute shocking service and wasting time, went into store on Monday the 29th July to place the order and get them delivered for next day delivery which I was happy about it, got told it was gone first thing in morning as the driver was coming from Blackpool store as there was non left in kirkham store, no delivery showed up rang up the store got told it would be lunch time, still no show up rang up store again which then I got told it would be afternoon got a text message it would get delivered between 2:30 and 4:30 and I was on n ordered lists 7/9 checked an hour later got moved to the last delivery which didn’t even turn on time and only turned up just before 6pm which then I got told my flags aren’t even up on trailer, so all these time scheduled they told and then getting driver turning up with no flags not wasting my time but me paying my 2 of lads out of my pocket for them sat around and waiting for delivery all day costed me money, next morning gone and rang up the branch manager told them the whole situation which then got told he was gone find out and ring me back and let me know what happened an hour later never rang me back had to chase my self AGAIN which then getting told the driver done wrong orders for then telling me they will keep me update and let me know what happening which then I AGAIN i had to chase it up my self then finding out I’ve been put down as last person to get delivered even tho the day before they kept changing times, then getting told it was gone get delivered between 2 and 4 still no show up rang the branch getting told it was gone be another hour to wait, the worse customer services could experience knowing the store has messed up not even bother updating me and had to ring my self and chase them all this time and getting told different information it a beyond a joke and costing me money to pay my lads just because TRAVIS PERKINS can’t sort it out barely been getting apologies and branch manager has just been avoiding me to speak to me and not even been offered any compensation or anything will not be shopping with them anymore after 5+
