Travis Perkins Plymouth (Sutton Road) have been absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help our youth theatre bring a performance to life at Totnes Castle. Matt and Mack have borne been so helpful and giving of their time and energy, Mack single handedly delivered Heras fencing up to the castle in the heat, thank you!
I realised I had made a mistake with an online order for 4 fence panel's when I received a text notification of the date of delivery. They were due for delivery from a supplier in 2 days time. Slightly stressed, about the possible cost implications if I was too late to cancel the order, I had a problem as the website contact number was incorrect. I had a call with Mark (workington Store) who put me in touch with Stuart ( Online team) who sorted it out for me. He cancelled my order with the supplier. Both were friendly, understanding, professional and quick to act. Thanks for great customer service. Lynn
Travis Perkins Rhondda are superb. I have been buying stuff here regularly for when I visit to help get my daughter’s place sorted. They have simply been great from the start. Advice on setting up an account, making it easy to order with them, helpful when I go into the branch. Friendly and accurate info always supplied. Bought from them over six times , had deliveries four times and all gone perfect. Danny, Ryan and the rest of the team, I thoroughly recommend you.
I had an urgent need for bricks and building sand, as I had my bricklayer for a few more days. I called the Canterbury branch, and Mike was invaluable; he visited the site on the same day to ensure I could obtain the correct bricks for next-day delivery, as the bricks I had ordered would have taken another week to arrive. The delivery driver was also very helpful. Best team ever.

Great experience as usual Joanna at Derby North new her stuff, she sorted everything out for my job whilst working away from home Ian and Dan on the materials were really helpful with finding delivery times for me, and delivery driver Ryan was a whizz on the crane and was very helpful and careful with the placement of my materials, I was happy and the customers were happy Great job TP

My local branch is Urmston Manchester. I would like to express my gratitude in organising my deliveries with such professional attitude. All the branch staff are excellent. Also the service from the delivery drivers are excellent especially Steve. My latest job is in Chester and all the staff ensured I had all my materials delivered within my time frame. Dover branch let us down on colletion and said that MAY be able to collect tomorrow!! No good to us as need to be on site when collected. Rang Margate branch and they sent Steve and Connor within one and half hours to collect. Fab job Margate .

Absolutely shocking. Appalling customer service - totally not focused on the customer. Their profits have dropped by +30% - their CEO (Nick Roberts) has stepped down for “under-performing”. Their new CEO, Pete Redfern takes up the role September 2024. This is a company who are in trouble and their customer service shows this. I will never use Travis Perkins again - totally unreliable.

So I ordered a gate and posts from TP in Billinghurst. Due to a number of unassociated (my fault not theirs) issues the quote had been closed due to time lapsed. I called and I was helped by Paul Sigston who I have to say was fantastic. Couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable right up to the point of delivery. Made the whole experience pleasant and will 100% be going back to them for future business. It’s genuinely heart warming to find a large company that still holds customer service as a priority. Got a trade account today 12/8/24, absolute no brainer due to getting free delivery and discounts on many items. Staff at the local yard in aberllechau rd wattstown we’re really helpful and friendly. They even managed to get my delivery out same day as ordering. First class service from a top local company 👍
