After experiencing technical issues uploading documents and a few phone calls speaking to various people who were not quite so helpful and quick to fob me off with excuses. I then spoke to Della Randall, who was extremely helpful and did all she could to help including a Teams call and the problem was resolved. A huge thank you to Della
This website is poorly ran or the people who own it donβt care. Wonβt let me change my CV, wonβt let me update a new one. On my laptop and iPhone says there was a problem. Then it constantly logs me in and out.
Excellent customer service. AIMEN persisted to get a listing complete in record time after issues with the users on the account. Thank you.

There seems to be a lot of issues lately with the system, but very little feedback from the team as to when this will be fixed. The problems I am having are slowing down my work and adding unnecessary stress to my working day. The service person I deal with, is helpful to a certain degree but this is only communicated on email, so you only get so much response/help - this isnt her fault but needs escalating up the ranks. I have just a month or so ago renewed my contract for another 12 months, and I am beginning to wish I hadn't. This just isnt good enough. I am paying a lot of money per month for a service I am not really getting.

The person that dealt with the issue was very polite and tried to help in many ways but did not succeed, i believe there is an issue with the website. I tried creating new account from new device with new email, still not able to upload documents or save settings.

Is there anybody out there who physically knows a way to contact totaljobs with a view to end the madness of the site. They are just AI ghosts. Despite the previous review i left and the generic response to provide further information to which they never bothered with the problems with the website are just endless. 'Oops thats not supposed to happen' 'we need more cookies' 'unable to sign in' are just a few of the plethora of useless information you get from a useless website.
