Delivery was terrible, the original delivery date was missed as courier turned up 2hrs after the time slot provided and no one was in. Re-arranged a new date, courier didn't show up and then changed delivery date to next day without informing me. Courier again didn't deliver the item as scheduled. I rescheduled delivery again for the following day. Goods where delivered eventually at 4th attempt.

Toolstation as a company are great apart from the fact that they insist on using Evri to deliver parcels who are USELESS. They failed to find our company on a small trading estate last week TWICE despite me passing on a telephone number, a W3W address and a Google Co-ordinate point. The goods were then returned so I stupidly re-ordered expecting better. Evri failed again yesterday, and there has been no update for over 24 hours. The chatbot is useless, and if you call Evri customer service, you keep being told we are already looking in to this parcel and that the team will be informed that I am chasing again. One word - SHAMBLES. Evri are a shambles so I'm afraid Toolstation that as you continue to use them, you are too.

It is so easy to order online. The order is more or less avaiable immediately. Collection is instantaneous. All at great prices, Well done Toolstation !!
