Lois McGuinness was incredibly informative and helpful as we explored the house. She explained the entire process clearly and helped deepened my understanding of getting a mortgage as a first time buyer. Unprofessional and incompetent company. They are only interested in your money and even if you are a good tenant they will kick you out with a section 21 notice to increase the rent and get an other tenant. This company has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety, they have been harassing me for a rent that was already paid and they are now asking me for more money to clean an apartment that I left absolutely clean. Don’t rent an apartment with them they are the worse in Manchester. They have no soul whatsoever and they will harass you even if they are wrong. This people are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They should be ashamed of theirselves for kicking people out their houses with this financial crisis and this cold. Especially Katie and Gabriel.
Biggest donkeys going, please ignore bot reviews, I’ve used TG for a couple of years, the staff could do with dealing more in competency instead of passive aggressiveness, to get them to do anything you basically have to force legal action. The company is a joke from the top down and I feel so so sorry for tenants who have to deal with these clowns. I thought the landlords would be the problem but these guys are worse. Shannon In particular throws a massive fit anytime you ask her to do her job. Can’t wait for the generic response sorry you’ve had a bad experience, contact our customer complaint team etc

As a landlord the service is non existent. Unable to contact anyone at office, phones never answered, emails rarely responded too. Move your business elsewhere. The company incapable of dealing with anything that doesn’t run smoothly. Now had the standard reply after this review of contact our customer service team, funny thing is I have already done that and received no reply. Just confirmed your incompetence
