I ordered an air conditioning unit and received a shipping notification shortly after, which gave me confidence in the purchase. I had considered buying from larger, more reputable retailers, but the shipping notice reassured me it would be fine. Unfortunately, I never received tracking details despite the order being shipped, so I contacted customer support. That’s when I was told the item wasn’t actually in stock (they never once reached out to me proactively). By then, other stores had sold out. Lesson learned: next time, I’ll stick with the more reliable retailers. I won’t be shopping here again.

Great thermostat
My old thermostat broke after 14 years, I searched online and this one come up as a good replacement, I'm so glad I picked it, it fitted like for like and it's so easy to use, you needed to have a degree to program my old one, but this one is very user friendly and best of all it was a great price and a quick delivery by a proper courier, FedEx, I would definitely use this company again.

Have purchase heating foil before
Have purchase heating foil before. One circuit has failed after 10 years. In a holiday let, so it will be some time before I am able to install. System has been excellent since installation (2014) and the upgrade to the WiFi thermostat has made remote control simple.

I was having a few problems with the thermostat on my bathroom and kitchen underfloor heating so I called the technical team. Great service and value for money
I was unsure as to what products to buy. I had put 4 item into my basket ready for purchase, but after calling the sales team and discussing my project, they suggested 3 completely different products, saving me over £200. I also did not have to screed my floor as planned saving me another £1400. Can't thank David enough for his service.
