Failed delivery
Products are excellent. Delivery very poor. Order confirmed delivery as Tuesday 2nd on time limited purchase. Actual delivery p.m. Wednesday 18 hours after the planned meal! Useless.

Will NOT be ordering from here again
My last review included two separate orders, so this is a copy of my last review, for that second order: My first and second orders were great, but the next two were absolutely APPALLING. 1. Ordered Papayas which were supposedly from Thailand, but... Nope! They came with a sticker which said "San Fruit Export - Premium tropical fruits harvested in Brazil". This means that the website is misleading/incorrect/lying, as the website clearly states that the fresh fruit/veg are shipped in weekly, from THAILAND. 2. Also ordered a Durian in a separate order shortly after and it arrived with VISIBLE white fluffy mould on the outside of it and that area of the Durian was soft, so you could literally push your finger into the Durian and the spikes could be literally pulled off. Absolutely ZERO quality control and nothing should ever be shipped out in that condition. I said that I will be a loyal customer in my first review... This is where it ends. Won't be ordering from here again. --- An update since the time of my other review though, is that I did eventually receive a refund for both orders, after I reached out to PayPal for help.
