Wonderful products
Wonderful products, fast delivery. My one complaint is the delivery service, Amazon. The orders have fragile stuck all over them, Amazon deliver the parcels in squashed boxes which results in squashed products. Luckily I’ve still been able to use the order, just! Something to think about though..

Second attempt at delivery.BIG FAILURE. your tracking says package delivered at 1516 on 29th June. But it wasnt. I was available at home all day. NO KNOCK NO ATTEMPT DELIVERY. NO PHOTOGRAPH. NOTHING

My delivery came quickly and delivered…
My delivery came quickly and delivered undamaged. I ordered rice wine and chilli bean paste not used either yet. Products were reasonably priced too. I’ve downloaded the shop app so will be ordering again.

Usually I give 5 stars but not this time as this low rating only is attributable to the poor delivery service experienced during my latest order. I wasn’t around to receive my order when my parcel was delivered yesterday. And despite the fact that my parcel was clearly labelled as fragile all over, this didn’t stop the delivery man from throwing it over my back fence, just in an attempt to ensure that his delivery was ticked off. Luckily, nothing was broken inside but this is not acceptable delivery service, and needs to be looked into.

Really easy site to use..and order
Really easy site to use..and order. Very fast delivery of excellent quality items. The Thai coriander roots were very fresh..I have shared with friends and hoping to grow a couple on to get the fresh leaf. The ginger root is also of first class. The taste of both items is amazing. I love this site and will recommend to all my friends and family 🤩👍
