First time ordering with thai food…
First time ordering with thai food online they have a wide selection of products and even have halal and vegan products. Delivery was also very fast. Definitely would recommend.

Ingredients not as listed, no communication
I specifically ordered from Thai food online as the Kewpie mayonnaise was suitable for my severe food intolerances. The ingredients were listed on the website but it was dispatched by Amazon and contained ingredients I can’t have. I emailed Thai food online the day I received it and had no reply, I have waited 3 days and there is no telephone number to call and speak to anyone, extremely unhappy as I bought 4 bottles, £30 out of pocket. UPDATE: I have increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars as I received a reply and apology and a full refund. They have promised to update the ingredients listed.

Rotten food included as part of delivery.
We buy from Thai Online predominantly to get Jicama delivered to the house. Every single delivery of about 4 or 5 pieces of them would result in at least 1 piece that is rotten and has to be discarded. If each piece costs £6, we have so far wasted at least £30 buying from Thai online. Please remove rotten items from your inventory, as this is not fair to the customer.

I ordered 12 cans of cream style corn…
I ordered 12 cans of cream style corn which arrived promptly but every single one was badly dented. I immediately emailed on the 'info @'address to ask for replacements or reimbursement. That was Friday of last week when the consignment arrived, so far I have not even had an acknowledgement of my email

Great company
