I ordered Frozen TYJ Spring Roll Pastry 10x10" (250x250mm) 30 Sheets 550g by Spring Home × 1. They are arrived promptly, however had defrosted and so couldn't refreeze. The company reacted swiftly and sent them out again and were appologetic but regrettably, the same thing happened. Despite having a cool bag and a pack of frozen silicone-type cubes, they did not remain frozen. I think this policy on how the goods are packaged (when frozen) needs to be reviewed as it clearly doesn't work which is costly to the company if having to replace the product and useless to anyone unless used when you get them, or within a day or so. Product looks fine. Just a shame I haven't been able to use them and spent £8.48 needlessly.
