Since 2020 I have been ordering some of my favourite snack nuts on this site with no issues. They have always been so prompt and if something goes wrong with my order, they will usually let me know via email or some other way. At first I was very impressed thinking they offer great service which is why I’ve been ordering my things through them.
Fast forward to 2023 I started having issues with my delivery. I noticed using this site that sometimes they are not very up to date with the products the have online. So I will see something and order, but then I would receive an email stating they either don’t have it or they will refund my money, so communication with the order team was never an issue but availability of stock in present time was. Moving on to the 23rd of November 2023. I ordered a few items expecting delivery within a few days as usual, but then nothing! Each time I go onto track my order with the delivery company they use, I am told that they are yet to receive my order. Till this day on the 10th of January 2024 the delivery company is yet to receive my order. Crazy! I have emailed every email address possible, related to Thai food which has been made available on their website including the CEO Julian Adhikary, since the 28th of November and Not a single soul has responded to my emails.
I cannot express how frustrated I am that they have taken my money and refuse to send me my orders. I do not trust to order anything on this site anymore. Before you do please think twice. We live in a very difficult economy where many are breaking their bones to earn a living, so for someone to take your money as payment for something and not live up to it is very disappointing indeed. Not even an email to apologise for the situation.
Thai food online you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your entire personnel right from your so called CEO to your customer service team! I still want my money back. Forget about the items I ordered, no longer interested in them.
