quite quick at answering phones also policy renewal was easy and also came down from 2024 renewal cost
Tesco could not provide me with cover , so they gave me the option to go else where with a refund

Very helpful with my query about on line price increasing
The system has allowed for a duplicate policy... I set up the new home insurance on line but the insurance still set up the run on from the previous and I ended up paying twice. I still don't know if I will get a refund of almost £300...
Some of responses lead to question do you want to leave the section you are in, which is confusing. Eventually found that you have to enter policy to amend some details as opposed to going directly to an amend specific area ie change vehicle.

Had my cat insurance with Tesco for a few years now never had to claim so I don't know how good they are in handling claims , but they have been always competively priced so I have never seen the need to change for the sake of a few quid. But I have just replaced my car and they have charged me £80 to change details even though my new car is cheaper to insure than my old one. They will not be getting my business when it's renewal time.
