No creativity!

No creativity in designing the art works. Even could not change font colors for the text lines! Communication was confusing because some emails were generated by automation system.

They were very straight forward to work…

They were very straight forward to work with. Once I signed up they promptly reached out to design my ad. They did a beautiful job recreating the one I wanted and once approved, it was promptly displayed at the store. Very professional all around.

Terrible they bait and you they do not return never returned phone…awe

Terrible you have never returned phone calls. I’ve wasted so much time. You have no business being in marketing awful customer service.

Great partnership built on collaboration and strong customer support

Very easy to work with. Very helpful in choosing a location that meets our needs, as well as recommending the appropriate vehicle for our campaign. Team members are very quick to respond to any emails, questions or concerns.

Could use better customer service!

I like the fact I can choose new locations or remove them when my contract is up. I also like the fact I can change the artwork once throughout the contract period. However, this year, I have had my kiosks disapear from 2 locations and it took quite some time to fix the problem the first time. There was a lack of communication between Terraboost with myself getting this resolved. It did get resolved and an extension was added to my contract, but I was not happy the length of time and the lack of communication getting this problem resolved.

Terraboost took our complaints and issues very seriously. They implemented internal changes as a result of our issues to avoid them occurring again in the future. We appreciate the recognition of the challenges we endured. They called us immediately upon hearing of our issues and processed refunds for us. We appreciate the steps they have taken to alleviate our issues and avoid them happening for customers in the future.

they are the worse had a 500 bucks set up for payment they went in and stole 1400 from my account not northernized there no way to talk TO ANY ONE ON STAFF THEY ARE ALL NICE SETING YOU UP THEN GHOST WHEN THEY TAKE MONEY FROM YOU BIN IN BUSSINESS 20 YEARS THE WORSE BY FAR

These people flat out stole my money

These people flat out stole my money. The rep reached out to me and asked me if I wanted to renew. I told her no and to please not renew my contract (which I have proof). What does the company do? They billed me several months down the road saying they "had a system glitch" took money out of my account. I had already cancelled the service. This company is super shady. Everything the other reviews have said is absolutely true. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are thieves!!

My advertisement was replaced with a…

My advertisement was replaced with a direct competitor after I renewed my contract for 2 years. My account manager ignored my calls and emails. The customer service reps were very nice and said they'd work on correcting the issue within a certain time frame but the issue has yet to be resolved.
