I was really impressed with my first box! I missed the email about customization, but luckily I liked all the teas. Everything has been delicious and high quality - perfect hot or iced, and I've even mixed a few. Instructions on the package were helpful. It's been a super fun journey and I'm looking forward to my next box!

I’ve had a Tea Runners subscription for over a year now and I can safely say that I love it! The tea is always top notch and it generally always arrives without issue. There have been some minor issues, technical stuff that always happens in this kind of business, but customer service always helps and I’ve never had anything become an actual problem. I would definitely recommend this if you’re a tea lover or want to start drinking more tea but don’t know where to start!

Tea Runners offer a great selection of high quality teas at a reasonable price, and wonderful subscription options. I'm rather particular about flavored teas, and not a fan of herbal tisanes, so I was very happy to see their "Pure Teas" boxes, as well as a bi-monthly delivery option. In addition to being a subscriber, I also order specific teas from them. They ship very quickly and are well packaged for maximum quality. For less standard teas such as the White-Tipped Silver Needle which does not fit into conventional teaspoons they include the information how many grams you should use per 8oz, which is immensely helpful. All the teas which I have tried so far could be steeped at least twice, and most of them three times, which made me realize that the quality of many other loose leaf teas I used to get in the past was rather subpar. I strong recommend this company both to avid tea drinkers and those who are looking for a gift for a tea-loving friend.

I always look forward to my tea shipments each month! The variety is excellent and I’ve enjoyed everything! The teas are all so different and flavorful and definitely not something I’d find at a typical store which makes it special. I constantly ask my husband for a subscription as a gift.

I am really enjoying the tea. Even tea That I was unsure about have been great. All the info on how long to steep and ingredients are all really good. I’m loving it.

I wish there was an option for sweet versus spicy herbal teas. There were several spicy options in my samples that I want a big fan of and seemed like a waste. But most of the tea was good!
