While Tea Runners is one of the more expensive monthly tea groups I've found online, it's easily worth the cost. Each box lasts a month easy if you have a cup a day, even without re-steeping. I've found a number of teas that I love through them, some that I never would have tried based on the name/description if it hadn't come in my box.
Great quality teas! Very impressed. Good variety of teas too. I like the packets the teas come in, with helpful descriptions on the tea itself, the origin of the tea, what temperature to boil it in, whether or not it can be re-steeped. I also like that they supply teas that have won global championships! Got this as a gift for my birthday and will be subscribing. :)
My son gifted me a subscription to Tea Runners for my birthday. I have enjoyed sampling new teas and learning details about them. I also like the ability to customize my monthly shipments. One of my best gifts ever!

I've tried all but one kind and they were all really good. The customization options are very nice. If I see a tea I'm sure I won't like it's super easy to switch it for another kind. On the flip side, if I see an Oolong on the availability list it's just as easy to snatch it up!
Immediately upon receiving my first shipment of teas, my neighbor and I tore open and sniffed all the tea packages like rabid lemurs huffing a particularly psychoactive millipede. We agreed that the ginger rooibose would make a lovely iced tea but that the lapsang souchong would be the preferred tea for spreading malicious gossip about Lord Bandersnoot (that cad) at the next meeting of the Society of Benevolent Women. A 10/10 experience all around - would recommend.
This was a great gift and there wasn’t one disappointment - all four teas were really good - my favourite was the Butterfly Mango Dragon Fruit White.

I received the tea of the month club as a gift. I admit I was a little skeptical at first. The first month came with iced teas that I would have never tried and I really enjoyed them. When I realized I could switch out teas I did that the next month. I was looking for some new caffeinated tea. The process was relatively simple. You do have to do each change individually which is a little time consuming but not bad. I had a favorite tea company that I ordered from. Now I have 2. I'm looking forward to my next new teas!

I am on the every-three-months Black Tea plan and I really look forward to getting my Tea Runners subscription box. I've had some really lovely tea from Tea Runners! My only disappointment is duplicates. I've been subscribed for a couple of years now, and there's at least one tea in each box that I've had before. In the May box there were TWO duplicates, and one was a Kathmandu Cosmos and I'd previously had that one in November. It's delicious, but I really want to try NEW teas. I've also had one of my least favourite teas, Citron Mint Black, at least twice. I can't see how to review and change the kind of teas in advance of shipment - maybe that's only an option for monthly subscribers? I don't really want to do that - part of the fun is the surprise - but even if I loved a tea I'd rather have something new. I see from your website that there are lots of teas I've never had, and I would love it if you could pay more attention to not repeating teas for the every-three-months subscribers like me. At least not repeating in under a year - I realize your supply is not unlimited.
These teas are so yummy and the highest quality I have ever had ! Im not sure I will ever be able to go back to drinking any other teas . I love I have the opportunity to try them in the comfort of my own home, and fully customize my box . I also love all the direction and steeping tips that came prior to my first box , and all the tips that come on the packaging . I have placed several orders for larger amounts of tea and all were shipped fast . Tea Runner Charlie has been very helpful with any questions I have had and always has responded fast .
